How to clean your menstrual cup

Boil your cup for 5-10 minutes after your cycle to sterilise it. During your period, simply rinse the cup with clean water after emptying it and reinsert. If you'd prefer to use soap, you can use a mild, fragrance-free, and pH-balanced cup wash.

Before your first use, boil your cup for 10 minutes to sterilise it as cups may not supplied in a sterile state.
